How to raise a complaint with TeZe Ltd about how we handle your personal data, what we will do about it, and how to escalate to the ICO if you are not satisfied.
If you believe that TeZe Ltd has mishandled your personal data, or has breached UK data protection law in connection with your personal data, you have the right to make a complaint.
This procedure is maintained under Section 164A of the Data Protection Act 2018, as inserted by Section 103 of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025.

Please include your name, a description of the issue, and any relevant dates or details. If you would like us to respond by a specific method, please let us know.
Acknowledgement. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it. If you provide a return address, we will confirm receipt and provide a reference number.
Investigation. We will investigate your complaint without undue delay. This includes reviewing the relevant processing activity, checking our records, and assessing whether a breach occurred.
Outcome. We will inform you of the outcome in plain language, including any steps we have taken or intend to take. If we need more time to investigate, we will explain why and give you an expected timeframe.
Remedial action. If we find that we have breached data protection law, we will take appropriate steps to put things right. This may include correcting or deleting data, updating our processes, or other remedial measures.
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we fail to respond within a reasonable time, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
