For how we handle personal data on teze.app, see our privacy policy. For complaints about how we handle your personal data, see our data protection complaints procedure, which meets the requirements of Section 164A of the Data Protection Act 2018 (as inserted by Section 103 of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025).
We run a lean ISMS-lite security programme. As of May 2026:
Multi-factor authentication enforced on every cloud service we use (Vercel, Supabase, GitHub, Google Workspace, Stripe, Apple Developer, Anthropic, Porkbun, Resend, Monzo Business, HMRC, Companies House, ICO).
Cyber Essentials certified by IASME on 31 July 2026 (annual renewal), covering TeZe Ltd. Verify on the public certificate.
Information security, acceptable use, access control, data retention, incident response, and risk register are all documented internally and reviewed at least annually.
For security questions or to report a vulnerability, email compliance@teze.app.
Teze is one person. The fair question from any organisation doing due diligence is what happens to you if that person is not around. Straight answer:
The Mac apps keep working. Verso, Skein and Nought are bought once and run entirely on your Mac. No server, no account, no licence check that could fail. If TeZe stopped trading tomorrow, they would carry on.
Your data is always yours to take. Every web product exports its data in standard, readable formats. Some exports sit on the paid plans, so to be exact about it: on any plan, including free, a full export is available on request, and it is never withheld or charged for.
If TeZe Ltd ever winds down, customers get at least 90 days' notice, a refund of any prepaid time, and their data handed over in full before anything is switched off. That is a commitment, not an intention.
Source code escrow is available on request for organisations that need it as a condition of contract, at the customer's cost. Email compliance@teze.app.
Each product carries its own privacy notice, terms, and complaints procedure on its own site, with one exception noted below:
Verso · Skein · Nought · Rowpa · RotaPulse · Tactile Framework · BatchStaff · QuietWall
For products where TeZe is a data processor (Rowpa, RotaPulse, BatchStaff), the customer organisation is the controller and the standard Data Processing Agreement is on the product's site.
Tactile is still in build and its legal pages are not up yet. Until they are, its privacy notice and Data Processing Agreement are available on request from compliance@teze.app. It is not sold to organisations before those pages exist.
For privacy, security, compliance, or vendor due-diligence questions, email compliance@teze.app.
For everything else, email hello@teze.app.
